All I wanted to do was draw attention to what I saw as a gross injustice....and if it could happen to him, it could and would happen to any of us.
It seems that things have been repaired for now but I’ll be sending my letters to all the Justices and maybe Mr. Bickell can take his rightful place in the unemployment line.
Do you even know what is going on? The blog is a NJ attorney (Leo) who using his own money is trying to protect the Constitution. Leo is getting the run around from a clerk at the U.S. Supreme Court. He is fighting to protect your rights as well as all Americans. Get a clue.
If you dislike them, why are you on the thread? Do you go on all “blog” threads and complain? They are allowed to be posted on FR. And this one is by a NJ attorney about a specific legal action and needing activism on the part of conservatives. I thought FR was an activist site?
I think the heat is getting to them.
I suggest you all do the same — i think a phone call brings it all home to them — you can ignore a letter easily, but you have to answer the phone.
Call — it may advance the cause, it will definitely make you feel better.
I clicked on the title thinking it was a news article only to find out it was some personal website being pushed.
I think blogs should be outlawed for reasons other than the stupid name someone gave them.
Then why are you reading articles posted under Blogger?
This category is for items posted from a Blog.
Then unsubscribe from the Blogger category.

You believe news stories over activist Americans?
I wish we had recordings of these messages. They are probably priceless.
Leo has posted just now on his web site that everyone needs to send letters to Assoc Justice Thomas, Roberts, Alito, Scalia and Kennedy.

It looks like Bickell moved the paperwork along but the letters will hopefully insure that the case gets to Justice Thomas. Leo’s web site have the addresses, people posted sample letters you can copy & paste plus the docket number (very important).
Leo said try to get the letters in the mail ASAP.
“Blogs should be outlawed?”
So you obviously do not support the First Amendment. You would rather get propaganda from a news source. Well here is a little clue - about 95% of news sources are propaganda now. Even Fox News is garbage now. Investors Business Daily (IBD) is about the only decent newspaper out there.
Try reading what this is about and what Leo is lawfully trying to do. Leo is a patriot.
Are you from Rio Linda?
A blog (a contraction of the term “Web log”) is a Web site, usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order. “Blog” can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.
Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, Web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs. Most blogs are primarily textual, although some focus on art (artlog), photographs (photoblog), sketches (sketchblog), videos (vlog), music (MP3 blog), audio (podcasting), which are part of a wider network of social media. Micro-blogging is another type of blogging, one which consists of blogs with very short posts. As of December 2007, blog search engine Technorati was tracking more than 112 million blogs.[1] With the advent of video blogging, the word blog has taken on an even looser meaning that of any bit of media wherein the subject expresses his opinion or simply talks about something.
(thank you wikipedia.)
“thank you wikipedia.”
Since that place is personal postings I don’t consider it valid for anything so won’t go there.
wikipedia another stupid word with no meaning
Obviously you didn’t have a clue what a blog was, so I thought it might help if you had a definition. Here’s one from WEBSTER’s. Is that legitimate enough for you, smart-a$$?
