At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter's Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Mr. Obama, his petition for an injunction to stay the Nov. 4 election was denied, but the clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by Dec. 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.
If Mr. Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the justices, unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.
"I can see a unanimous court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate," says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. "They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution ..."
Also remember on Dec. 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.

No he doesn't. Obama's legal team has until December 1st to respond to Berg's suit. Their response will no doubt be a carbon copy of their response to the lower court suit - frivilous, lacks standing, so forth. Then Berg will respond to their response, and so forth and so on. Then the Supreme Court will dismiss it.
I have a strong suspicion that what’s on the birth certificate is an embarrassment, not a reason for barring Obama from the presidency. It may identify the child’s race as Caucasian, it may list the wrong father, something like that.

It is entirely possible similar methods were used to sabotage Berg's case and that the word of the Clerk is a complete and total fabrication designed to delay any further litigation until it is too late, especially if nothing is in writing.
My guess is the petition for a writ of certiori will be denied. The petitioner lacks standing. I also believe that it is not a justiciable matter. It is a political question. Only the Congress "qualifies" someone to be president. It is the first order of business when the new Congress convenes in January.
The case also fails on account of ripeness. Barack Obama was not elected president on November 4th. Only electors were chosen on November 4th. And the electors have not yet selected the next president. They convene in 51 separate "colleges" next month to cast their ballots. We won't know "oficial" results until January when the new Congress convenes in joint session and receives the electoral college certificates. At that point it takes the objection of at least one Senator and one member of the House of Representatives for the Congress to bring the matter to debate. The vote of the Congress is final. There is no role for the Supreme Court to intervene.(Just as the Supreme Court could not review a impeachment.)
Well the MSM is not going to give any coverage to this issue or O’s failure to disclose other records, (medical, university, travels, associations..etc ad nauseum) so where are the Republican patriots that have loads of cash and could mount a fast campaign to get the word out independently? A real effort by some of them would generate huge amounts from us regular guys...but as I see it they don’t give a rats A. So O will take office...the constitution will have been trampled over again..and this is the result:

I believe that 0bama will not give in to the courts and continue to generate a controversy that will led to a class conflict.
If he does - for what ever reason - provide that B.C. - and it is determined that he is not a natural born citizen as stated in the US Constitution - the courts will have to make the determination to either support what was written over 200 years ago - or fall victim to the minority of liberals that will label them racist.
Regardless, the Islamic groups that have supported him will then fund other radicals within the US to demonstrate, the main streamers will also hold long discussions on this matter, and through an overload of BULLSH*T cause want-a-be law makers to propose a change in the US Constitution.
This is the overall goal of Islam tearing down the traditional fabric of the U.S. and replacing it with laws that water down that which has held the US above all other countries, dictatorships, and empires.

No one can order an elector how to vote. Electors are not duty-bound, they are honor-bound to vote a certain way, but they are free to vote their individual conscience. Since only persons trusted by the candidates are ever put on the slate of electors it is only rarely they an elector votes another way.

Backlash be damned, seeing that the constitution is upheld is more important than catching the democrats defrauding millions out of their rightfull vote. The fact that Roger Calero, an admitted non citizen was on several state’s ballots shows that there’s a serious problem.
