If a woman isn’t adult enough to know that when she commits a fraud she may well be legally punished for it, then she shouldn’t have custody of a child or children in the first place. Adults all know that to break the law is to risk legal penalties. You apparently are saying women are exempt from being adults.
No I think bitterness is shading what you read. Women are adults and b@tched, moaned and whined to be equal. Since they have heretofore gotten away with this fraud, saying that it should be said up front that it is fraud and will be prosecuted would mean “don’t come back with excuses or whines”. My issue is many DON’T think it is fraud and what I was saying is that must be clear/known/understood upfront along with all penalties! As a female, thankfully to old to get in that situation, I am old enough to have heard every excuse in the book from women and they think it justifies their actions.
Sadly they aren’t alone in thinking they can do whatever. It is just that lying about paternity has actually not been handled as the insulting, violating crime it is unless you happen to have been caught in it.
