Could you elaborate on the 12 Carrier Battle Groups for 600 mil? Whose were they before they were bought, and who bought them?

2. Some have asserted much of the cash for his campaign may have come from overseas sources. Certainly much of it is untraceable
Consequently if the above two are true somebody got themselves a bargain on the world’s most advanced armed forces...and they ain’t gonna be used in the defense of the USA.....!!!!!
