You raise an excellent point but unfortunately we have far too many people in this country that think we as a nation are "beyond" violence and bloodshed. They believe the notion of a physical, bloody, brother-against-brother war is "passe" and "so 19th century." We're "enlightened" nowadays dontcha know? What with Starfleet and all...
