What happened to the Virginia court finding based on the claim that it was shown sufficient documentation of his birth in Hawaii?

I think it was the AP (appeard in our local Gannet newspaper) that printed news article that said it had verified the doc, but that raised interesting question - Docs were sealed FROM the press, how would AP ever be able to verify? - I don't believe them, it was a COVERUP story to quell the storm over the issue just before election.

My reading of the story was that the AP was quoting the judge. The records are sealed against the press everywhere all time as far as I know but they are not sealed from a Court order.

Am I wrong to believe the court saw something purporting to be a document sufficent to settle the issue?

I rarely believe anything from this media and AP is one of the worst.
