Yes, and there seems to be thoughts that BHO’s mother is not his true birth mother, and that he could be a secret son of Malcolm X, and that his mother was enrolled at Washington when Obama was supposedly born. The site where I read this also posted a picture of BHO and one of Malcolm X side-by-side and there is a striking facial resemblance. I am glad Berg filed this suit and won’t give up. We need the true certified, authentic, notarized copies of his birth records.
This is all unnecessary if obama releases his birth certificate. Then let the chips fall. It’s that simple.

Looks to me that you miscalculated, declaring that these are five Democratic Senators. Truth is, Senator Tom Coburn is a Republican Senator from Oklahoma. Shouldn’t need factcheck.org for this one.

Well, as it stands right now, absolutely anyone can “run” for President. Presumably even someone who is under 35 years of age and has not yet been a resident of the U.S. for 14 years.
What we don’t know is whether or not the Courts or Congress will uphold the constitution by preventing “absolutely anyone” from actually “holding” the office of President.
At what point the Constitution will be upheld remains to be seen.

Why doesn’t he or the Democrats resolve this uncertainty once and for all? Don’t the American people have the right to know that their president is not a foreigner? I had expected Obama to come up with proof of his citizenship the eve of the elections so as to rub his birth certificate in the Republicans’ face just to spite them, but that didn’t happen either. The question still remains: “Who is Obama?”
False cover here ... it has been settled law since the 1800’s that anyone born outside the physical boundaries of the continental U.S. in a U.S. territory, military base, or protectorate to two (2) U.S. citizens IS, in fact, a natural born citizen.
Obama doesn’t have a leg to stand on if he was not born on any type of U.S. soil.
This is smoke and mirrors, and would not stand up in court to say “McCain’s a natural born citizen - so I am too”.
O is not a half black dude. He is 1/4 black, 1/4 arab, 1/2 white.
If Obama fails to resolve this before inauguration,
It will continue to hang over his presidency as a looming avenue by which he can be ousted from office without the complications of impeachment.... or as a valid basis FOR impeachment. I’m not quite sure how you impeach an unqualified holder of the office.

Nothing he does as president may be considered lawful if he is in fact not qualified to be president.
He has his hands wrapped around the chips and is pulling them into his lap, but then comes that voice that he fears the most from across the table saying: "Let's see your cards".

O was born in Hawaii to an American mother and a Kenyan father. Kenya, in 1961, was not an independent country, but a British colony which means O’s father was a British subject. O’s mother had not resided in the US for at least five years as an adult since she was 18 when she had O. O is not automatically an American citizen. Citizenship would have to have been applied for. O’s mother then took off to live in Indonesia with O where he was adopted by his stepfather, an Indonesian citizen. Now O is an Indonesian citizen. When he was sent to the US to live with his grandparents, he would have had to taken the oath of American citizenship.

This wouldn't be the same Democratic Senator Claire McCaskill who voted absentee then had the audacity to show up at the polls on election day and try to vote again -- until someone checked the records and they had to tear up her ballot on the spot -- all caught on news camera.
