Capitalists run scared. Economy being set up to be taken over by government to protect the "middle class". Obama henchmen, Pelosi and Reid, begin legislation to take over all major industry corporations. At what point does Obama disband Congress and take complete control?

I’ve heard that the congressional RATs are a bit leery of forcing socialism down our throats in one big-gulp. They favor the incremental approach and obama knows he’s a one termer who doesn’t have that kind of time to waste.
So, to answer your question I think he’ll disregard congress on day one. Sooner if he could.
