You are EXACTLY right. They loved Clinton in the UK.....while ‘taking the piss’ out of him and my country.
I just threw up in my mouth.
I am not particularly fond of Obama (or any other socialist-liberal), but those people weren’t anti-American by a long shot. In fact, the only sure positive thing that Obama’s victory brings is an elevated sense of pro-American sentiment in the world.
I tell you what guys. I will volunteer to go to Hamburg to work on a GOP recruitment effort.
We just need that one vote.
I agree it isn’t necessarily anti-American. It certainly is anti-American principles but they will soon find out whether they like the New Amerika when they are attacked.
The world will love him.
Besides that, I really never understood why the entire world, really gives a rat’s ass about our politics. I certainly don’t care about theirs. What’s it to them who the USA elects?
My canadian relatives act like this. They lecture me on US politics, I sit there asking them, “Why is it so important to you? I don’t even know about your politics nor do I care.”
Besides the obvious “I’m going to show you how much more smarter I am then you”, of course.
How did they get professionaly printed Obama signs in Rome? Who was handing them out?

They don’t like the ‘USA’. It’s just a brand to them.
I can tell you now....Western Eurpoeans and Brits DO NOT like Yanks. I got a snoot full of it for years living over there. We are ridiculed and mocked for the most part.
You're kidding...right? The the only thing these people are celebrating is the potential, and possibly certain, decline of the USA as the world's leading economic and military power. They are celebrating our compromise in character and principles!

Because whom you elect impacts the rest of the world. You are the most powerful nation on earth, in all history, and when the US of A sneezes, the rest of us reach for a handkerchief. As simple as that.
BS. America is despised by most of the world no matter who occupies the WH -- Reagan, Clinton, Bush, Obama ....they don't discriminate. But this unusual enthusiasm for Hussein stems solely from a desire to see America weakened. ....and they know Hussein is just the guy to make that happen.
Hmmmm... Just wait till any one of these countries has a natural disaster or other crisis. Uncle Sam may not be on time with the ‘ready’. Especially, the average Joe in the US who ususally forks over $$$$ for relief and assistance. Average Joe will be pretty well strapped right here forking over $$$ for ‘reparations’ to Mr. Hope and Change supporters.
For all the wrong reasons. Do you use your thought processes?
The Italians still dress well, I see. Nice fabrics; tasteful shades of black and grey.
The Japs are weird. Captured his ears in the picture, though.
Germans who like a charasmatic socialist who hates Jews? What’s nu?
Mussolini’s party, presumably.
