How about we ban API from FR UNTIL they produce the Michelle Obama tape? Sounds fair to me.

Luck is on Obama’s side. The Democrats are in the majority led by Pelosi and making changes to the Constitution will sail through easily in the house

Hmmmm ...NO!...
An amendment to the United States Constitution must be ratified by three-quarters of either the state legislatures (38 states), or of constitutional conventions specially elected in each of the states, before it can come into effect. Not an easy task...especially if it is only to accommodate 'the one'.
