Thanks for this - we've been saying this at our house too - a black man in the highest position in the United States - no more excuses.

I always thought it must be infuriating to any black American who has gone to school, worked for a job and succeeded in life to be told they couldn't do it because America is racist. My neighborhood is full of hard working Americans, who are black, and no one gave them the job or house - they earned it.
