Compare ACTUAL county-by-county results from KY to 2004 (MCCain WAY ahead of Bush so far).

I have to say you have been in the same dismal panic mode for the last month. RELAX this is far from over. My God has some faith.
“To all voters in states where polls are open: NEVER TAKE YOUR VOTE FOR GRANTED! GET OUT AND VOTE! (yes I know caps is yelling)”
I would like to add a public service announcement for lurking libs:
We quit, give up, raise the white flag of peace. Our hate-speech and bitter clinging are no match for your superior intellect and media skills. Your guy, the mighty O, obviously has it in the bag. Why waste your time on a redundant vote for a sure thing when you could get an early start on the victory celebrations? Party down, Democrats, it’s in the bag.
Those of you who insist on voting can take this opportunity to do so on principle rather than pragmatism. Send a message by casting that otherwise meaningless extra ballot for Ralph Nader, Cynthia McKinney, or the CPUSA. It’s the cool thing to do.
McCain up 12 now in KY with 16% reporting. And this includes a large part of Fayette(Lexington) and Jefferson(Louisville) counties which went for Obama.
Northern, Southern, and Western KY still to report. This will go heavily for McCain. I still see McCain winning KY by 10-12%.
Kentucky has been declared for McCain. Va looks very interesting. With only about 16 percent counted McCain is way ahead. This is looking very good so far.
In 2004 Bush had 1,069,439 votes in Kentucky, Kerry had 712,733, and Nader had 8856. Bush's share was just under 60% of the total vote.
Hows that prediction looking?
I’m sticking with it buddy, I’m not a waffler.
Stick all you like. But with NC and FL currently going Obama its pretty much lights out.
Oh well at least we stuck around for the fight.
Too many factors McCain simply could not overcome, plus he bumbled the bailout/economy issue horrible.
I felt good about the election till about that point. From then I knew it was uphill. I just thought at the last second he was going to pull it out, I believed him.
Oh well, at least the pressure is off, and on to the next battle. The world has not ended.
On the possible upside, the cocktail sipping, country club republican moderates who forced McCain upon us and told us how he could and would win huge by getting independent and democrat voters in droves should be immediately ejected from the party and exiled. The tent has to shrink for the inner circle of the party.
