Kurt Williamsen of The New American writes:
It has been alleged that presidential aspirant Barack Obama is ineligible to become president because, it is claimed, he was not born in the United States, but rather born in Kenya to a Kenyan father, making him a Kenyan citizen. The story has gained credence for several reasons. His paternal grandmother in Kenya has reportedly been audiotaped saying that she was in the delivery room when Obama was born. Obama has refused to release an official birth certificate. Instead he has released a certification of live birth, which not only shows evidence of tampering Obamas half-sisters name Maia appears under his name but wouldnt normally be considered a legal document anyway. Further, Obama will not release his medical records or his records from Occidental or Harvard College. It is speculated that he will not release these records because they indicate he is not a citizen and may, in fact, have applied for some type of U.S. government aid for foreign students.
This is a legitimate question so why the run around from the Obama campaign? Isnt the onus on Barack here?
Edwin Viera, who has successfully argued cases before the Supreme Court, writes:
Whether the evidence will show that Obama is, or is not, a natural born Citizen who has never renounced his American citizenship is an open question. The arguments on both sides are as yet speculative. But Obamas stubborn refusal to provide what he claims is his own country with conclusive proof on that score compels the presumption that he knows, or at least strongly suspects, that no sufficient evidence in his favor exists. After all, he is not being pressed to solve a problem in quantum physics that is above his pay grade, but only asked to provide the public with the original copy of some official record that establishes his citizenship. The vast majority of Americans could easily do so. Why will Obama not dispel the doubts about his eligibilityunless he can not?
So how did he get a driver’s license or passport?
I needed a birth certificate when I got mine.
I don'tr buy that Obama was born anywhere other than Hawaii. The evidence is just no there.
However, you do not need to be a citizen to get a driver's license- legal residents can do so by showing certain documentation. Also, a naturalized citizen can get a passport by showing their naturalization certificate.
I’d like to see how much money he’s spent keeping his past under wraps. It must be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars at this point and that alone should cause questions.
Not only was Obama born in Kenya, and therefore inelibible to become President of the US, he is also a citizen of Indonesia as his school records from there prove. If he is elected, America will have a foreign usurper serving as President. Will he govern America in the interests of Americans or Kenyans or Indonesians?
I am a natural born ("native") U.S. citizen. THEREFORE, I had to show my birth certificate in order to obtain these documents.
IF Obama was born a U.S. citizen, he too would have had to show his birth certificate in order to get these documents, and said certificate would be on file with, say, Illinois DMV and/or the State Department.
I see you are kind of new here.....there is a TREMENDOUS amount of evidence he was NOT born in HAWAII......look into it.
I believe the records of naturalization are public record. I seriously doubt Obama every went through a naturalization process.
If he has a passport and wasn’t naturalized, it is quite likely he is a native born citizen.
My only point is that, in of itself, having a passport or driver’s license doesn’t prove that Obama is a natural-born citizen.
Does the DOV keep a copy of your birth certificate when you obtain a driver’s license? I have no idea- but I doubt they could legally share a copy, even if they did.
In his own Autobiography he said in bad times he will support “the Muslims”; so I guess he COULD govern in the interests of BOTH Indonesia and (parts of) Kenya.
Certainly NOT the U.S.. though. We are not a Muslim nation...Yet.
Techdude strikes again!

How do illegal aliens get them?
Forged documents.
Exactamundo.
I've looked into it based on past threads. The evidence you consider tremendous is, frankly, wishful thinking and speculation.
US citizens weren't barred from entering Pakistan in 1981- the State Department had a travel advisory for Pakistan, but there was no law, either Pakistani or US, preventing a US citizen from traveling to that country.
As far as I know, Obama traveling on an Indonesian passport would have exactly zero relevance to his status as an American citizen.
If Chad or Thailand or Paraguay chooses to issue me a passport, it doesn’t invalidate my American citizenship. The only way one can lose native American citizenship is to formally denounce it as an adult. A parent cannot renounce citizenship for a child.
It may be speculation, but he can put the specualation to rest by releasing his official BC. Until then you and he must refrain from casting aspersions on citizens asking for confirmation.
In Other words release the the official BC
