That looks to be irrelevant as to the place of birth issue. Fall quarter 1961 at the University of Washington started in late September (the last week as I recall). Plenty of time to have had Obama born in Kenya, August 4, returned home to Hawaii and filed a certificate of home birth on the 8th; and been in class in Seattle in late September.
Incidentally, I have gold plated first hand knowledge of these facts.

You are correct the issue of where the birth took place in US is irrelevant, if indeed he was born in the US. However, the later fact of Obama being adopted by Soetero would have made Obama an Indonesian under their law, and stripped Obama of any previous citizenship. Either way, he is not a natural born US citizen and shouldn’t be President.
I believe the article was making the case for the possibility that Obama’s father was Malcolm X.
