The first time I saw Tito speak there was a black woman from the Islands who also spoke up. FOX just replayed it. She said, "I'm Joe" several times. The McCain team should ask her to join the team like they did Joe and Tito.

Like Tito attracts the Hispanic vote, she would appeal to both black women and immigrants from the Caribbean. There are many from that group in the New York City area and they're not overly fond of our home-grown black population.
