Except that no society can maintain for long this type of system that robs from Peter to pay Paul. All through history, wherever it has been tried it eventually broke down. Of course, it took 80 odd years for the USSR to implode.
Today I believe what we are witnessing is the implosion of the mix economy here in the West. Obama isnt the future...win or lose...he is like the last commissars....all our presidents since Hoover have been to one degree or another socialistic.....in my whole life I have never heard a reporter ask a candidate for president if he was a follower of Karl Marx.....the death of socialism,mixed economy,command economy, whatever you want to call it is at hand...........but it will die ugly and slowly....be prepared.....maybe McCain is the Command economy's Gorbachev ?
