Obama's Birth Certificate - Still Missing

Last week, during the crucial waning days of the presidential campaign, Obama left for Hawaii to visit his 85-year-old grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, who had broken her hip. In such bad shape was she - in spite of the hospital's sending her home to heal - that Obama told ABC's Robin Roberts, that "I'm still not sure whether she makes it to Election Day." Filling in for Obama on the campaign trail in Ohio was his wife, Michelle, who told the crowd that granny was doing just fine.Did Obama have a dual purpose in traveling to Hawaii, the other being to magically produce the birth certificate proving his eligibility to be president? While he's now back on the campaign trail, he has still failed to produce said certificate! After a recent article I wrote, My Mother's Birth Certicate - And Obama's, a number of people e-mailed me with FactCheck.org's "proof" of the certificate. But let's not forget that FactCheck is owned by the Annenberg Foundation, the same foundation that gave millions of dollars to Obama and his unrepentant terrorist pal William Ayers for an "education" project. To me, that makes FactCheck ipso facto the least credible source of factual information.

Looks more like Frank Marshall Davis than BHO Sr. His shading not dark enough to be convincing. BHO Sr. is extremely dark toned and BHO Jr. just does not have enough of the BHO Sr. coloring to make the case....

No attachment to Berg here, just an observation on my part. I don’t believe for a minute the story of BH0. There are so many missing pieces no one could finish the puzzle. Berg may have a point about the birth lineage. A clock after all is correct two times a day....

Berg was an attorney for the truthers. It’s what attorneys do. However “credible” democrats like Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean do the vetting for their candidates and they should be blindly believed.

FReeper Candor7 in a thread several days ago suggested: "Truth likely is that Obama needs to make arrangements that Grandma's secrets die with her. That all of his history yet unrevealed is wrapped up and put away or destroyed, that all of grandma's papers, memoirs and family memorabilia are confiscated and put in his custody as a guardian. I bet Obama is attending a guardianship hearing."

Very plausible. This could have been conveniently arranged while he was there "to visit her." Somebody could have gotten much of this pre-arranged and he may have needed to physically be in Hawaii to sign the papers.

The bottom line as far as I can tell there is no documentation that Obama is a “natural born” citizen as required under the Constitution.

The sad thing is that John McCain proved his eligibility, birth certificate and all but some FReepers think Obama should get a pass on what was demanded of McCain.

Does anyone know if a candidate ever has to furnish physical proof of the following Constitutional eligibility requirements:

• being a natural born citizen of the United States
• being at least thirty-five years old;
• have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years

At least as it pertains to getting on a State/territory ballot, my suspicion is that physical proof is not required otherwise the birth certificates etc. would have to be sent to each State /territory.

With the Berg case tossed, maybe Barry got some form of COLB that would work, but may be embarrassing, to show at the Electoral College if he is elected. Once elected, he will have th 'mo' that would cover all sorts of shady past, such as Daddy Frank. Even the DNC's response to the lawsuit indicated that if the real documents were exposed, it would cause embarassment to the candidate.

Now on to why Indonesia would issue a passport to a US citizen so he could travel to Pakistan during a period in history when Americans were not allowed to travel there. Then, did he register at Columbia as Barry Soetoro or Barack Obama?

Obama has also admitted on his website to hold citizenship in another country (the U.S. Constitution forbids dual citizenship).

It doesn’t matter who the accusers are. It matters that no judge or secretary of state will ensure an honest election by merely requiring that the birth certicficate be presented.

Today is Obama’s “typical white” grandmother’s birthday...have not seen this mentioned from Obama or the MSM...what’s up with that...I believe she turned 86 years old today. Hmmm Still wondering if she has a broken hip or cancer...
