I’m surprised at all of the lawsuits about Obama’s eligibility.
I know the constitution says a president must be a “natural born citizen”. But I thought that if your parents were American citizens, that you were also considered as such, even if born outside the U.S. Clearly this is one area to clarify, since his dad wasn’t American. And they say Barry was adopted by the Indonesian husband of his mother, and that he had dual citizenship at one time, apparently.
I guess I’m also surprised that at some point, when candidates run for office, there is no requirement to show ID or evidence of eligibility for the office you are running for..
maybe this was the dirt that the Clintons had on Obama, but apparently never used against him?
Does anybody know what happens if Obama is elected, and these lawsuits result in him being ineligible after he’s become president?
It’s surprising that Obama would run if he knows he’s ineligible. But oh well..............

The United States didn’t recognize dual citizenship until ten years ago and Indonesia or Kenya still don’t. His mother had to have lived in the US five years after 16 and she was only 18 so she could not give him an American Citizenship as a natural citizen if he was born outside the US. That law was changed but not grandfathered.

According to Berg; even if born here his citizenship would have been given up when the family moved to Indonesia. He was in school there & only citizens were allowed in school. Indonesia did not recognize dual citizenship so U.S. citizenship would have had to be given up. When he came back he could have been naturalized, but naturalized does not qualify POTUS. There is a 10 minute interview which can be seen on youtube that explains. Sorry, don’t have a link.
If these lawsuits truly have been filed, what are their case numbers and what specific courts were they filed in?
I would not mind giving this a shot in FLorida. Anybody know who the grassroots attorneys would be?
Will Obamaumau be expelled to Kenya if they find out he was born there and is not a US citizen? I hope his supporters will follow him there so that they can partake in laced Koolaid parties.
