It wouldn't surprise me if the Massad did know about the shipment (through an anonymous Chinese contact), and through a different middle contact, had Somali pirates go for such an unprotected anonymous ship.

The Iranian oil goes to the Chinese while the Chinese inform the Israelis and the Israelis sell a honey pot to the Somalis. Until the dirty bomb is secured and rendered harmless, this is almost a “victimless” crime.

But, it should have never happened in the first place.
