I don’t believe in aliens at all but people *have* used extremely effective mass manipulation techniques on crowds throughout history.

A lot of Germans later made statements to the effect of “I don’t know what came over us!”.

There is precedence for the “emotional” control of crowds.

Even Christian preachers use speech patterns, trigger words and cadence to subliminally influence their flocks.

Did you even read it all?

Nowhere does it say he is “imposing” *anything*.

It does state a good case for highly a effective hypnosis technique and the suggestible crowds are ~accepting~ it themselves, thus negating the entire “imposition” argument.

I studied Ericsonian hypnosis and NLP formally for a year and informally for longer, and it is not “alien abduction “ or “bogus”. As you know, that’s a charge that’s been made by “mainstream” shrinks for decades.

While I don’t subscribe to every assertion in the referenced report, it *is* generally correct in laying out the technics and language patterns.

True. Which is why all serious practicioners of Ericsonian hypnosis and NLP recognize the essential need for rapport with the subject.
