Anybody out there have a good recipe for cooking beef round rump roast?

I can't remember the last time that we didn't just throw it in the crock pot for about 6 hours with some vegetables and a little onion soup mix. Seems to always work.

Yep. That's the ticket. Or the pressure cooker for a half hour.
