Hard to see in this view - there is a faint stamp "2007" in reverse letters near the middle bottom - maybe that's when it was received.
An embossed seal wouldn't show up well under direct light.
My original bc has much more detain including address, Mom & Dad's occupation, attending Physician's name signature, attendants name and signature and wasserman test results. (i.e. poitive or negative)
Even with the 2007 there is NO indication that it is the copy of the original bc.
