Considering the focus on “adopted”, I’d say the “born in hawaii” issue is still valid.

Nope, if he was adopted, then he had his citizenship recinded upon becoming a Citizen of Indonesia. Upon return to the US, he would have become NATURALIZED, not Natural Born. This distinction matters. He is Constitutionally Ineligible.
