All it might take would be a heroic judge or maybe a Secretary of State of just one state. It seems like that should be an absolute requirement. I had to produce a Birth certificate to get a driver’s license, for crying out loud. Shouldn’t candidacy for the most powerful office in the world be at least as strict?

Why don’t you complain directly to Barry himself and tell him to produce his authentic, long-form, copy of his real birth certificate and get this issue which you think is a conspiracy theory over with already.

Apparently, you must that it is perfectly normal for John McCain to release his paper, long-form birth certificate, but wrong for Obama to do the same.

One problem would be, the tests the democrat lawyers would demand for authenticity of a kenyan birth certificate would be more exhaustive than those being used on the Shroud of Turin

But the process would throw the US into a Constitutional crisis- which right now I am not thinking would be a bad thing

Also, some months back an article was posted from a major magazine source written a few years ago. It was a profile of Obama and stated he was born in Kenya...Does anyone else remember that? I haven’t found it again.

I have received an unverified tip that certified copies of a Kenyan Birth Certificate (BC) for Obama were sent from Kenya, and have been received by three separate individuals.

There's something really interesting in this article. I'm quoting and highlighting it, because I think it may be important:

RES. 511: Recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.: In the Senate of the United States.” was Sponsored by Senator McCaskill and co-sponsored by Senators Leahy, Obama, Coburn, Clinton and Webb. Why? Why were Democratic Senators trying to pass a Resolution making Senator McCain undoubtedly Legally Eligible when this issue had already been cleared up in 2000 and again in 2004? And why did Senators McCaskill and Obama reportedly insert the following Clause?

“Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President;”

This Clause has no particular relevance to McCain and the following Clause, which it is reported McCaskill and Obama attempted to REMOVE shows that:

“; and Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936:”

It seems clear that McCaskill and Obama were attempting to create a blanket Resolution covering ALL Foreign Born candidates. Why do that if not to benefit a Foreign Born Democratic Candidate, who did not have a US Military background?

McCain did not need this resolution, Richardson did not need this Resolution, so far as I can see nobody needed this Resolution unless somebody in the race was born outside the USA and was “Covering his/her Ass” and the only individual in the race that that could apply to was Senator Obama! This in turn would show that the Senator is a liar who has been peddling untruths about his birth for at least 16 years!

Well, the entire “Democratic” Party is cynically Marxist already - and if they succeed in hoodwinking the American people this go around - the legislative part of it will be Marxist - communist - socialist. The executive branch will certainly be Marxist if Obama is elected, and he will appoint socialist/Marxist/communist judges - especially Supreme Court judges. He’s going to have a heck of a time wresting the guns away from a remnant of people in the country, though, and will only be able to do it if he pulls them from their cold, dead hands.

Well, DUDE! John McCain’s parents were both US citizens AND his father was serving with the US military overseas. He is, BY LAW, considered a natural born citizen.

Plus, McCain openly admits he was born in Panama. Obama says he was born in Hawaii.

But was he? The onus is on him to prove it and he doesn't appear to be able to.

Rose, I respectfully disagree. Americans have a very strong sense of nationalism and pride. We take our citizenship seriously. Remember how illegal imigration was soundly and passionately defeated? Americans will not overlook such a blatant violation of our Constitution.

Jerome Corsi just got out of Kenya last week. John Gibson interviewed him and Corsi said that since he was being detained by gov’t officials, some underlings packed up his stuff at the hotel and never looked through his papers. I wonder if this is where all this is coming from?

(a) Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.
