And there must be a record of when he registered for the draft. Have we seen that? Should be public record.

Good question. Do members of Congress, governors, etc. have to prove citizenship before they run for any elective office? Or once elected do they have to show ID?

Based on the laws at the time (they have since been changed), if Obama's American mother was under 19, AND his father was not an American citizen AND he was born in a foreign country, he was NOT entitled to American citizenship.

If he was in fact born in Kenya as has been said, by people who were there at the time of his birth, he is NOT allowed to be President. According to the memory of people who were at the hospital in Kenya, Obama's mother was denied access to fly back to the U.S. because she was too close to delivery. There are also supposed to be records of a Barak Hussen Obama being born at that hopsital on that day.

Barak's mother supposedly rushed him back to the U.S. and pretended that he was born here, getting a birth certificate after the fact. When Barak was 6 he was legally adopted, causing his original birth certificate to be sealed. He has possesion of the original and refuses to let anyone see it.

The birth certificate copy he released onto the internet was a cut and paste job which has been proven to be a fraud. Most people's bets are that the actual document shows that he was born "at home", not in a hospital.

From the Constitution....note the nine years as a citizen...

No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.

Its the state's responsibility to do that, usually through the Secretary of States office. The Constitution just sets the eligibility requirements. Regulation and enforcement is left to the states. Of course in Obama’s case it was Illinois, so enough said.

“I need to see your birth certificate, Sir.”

“You racist!”

“I need to see your license and registration, Sir”

“You racist!”

“I need to see some form of I.D., Sir.”

“You racist!”

Stand by, folks, it’s coming. Only white people will be forced to live by the rules.
