Any way to check customs records to track the mother's dates out of and in to the country?

No. We really don't have a good system now to do that. We have yet to fully implement the US Vist Program. One place to check would be Obama's passport file to see what documents were used to support the issuance of the first one.

We should all note that Obama is not permitting the release of any documents that would provide insight into his claims of birth or eligibility for the presidency. He will not relesase his admissions applications to colleges or Harvard Law School. These would show what he was claiming at the time of his application.

Philip Berg's lawsuit in PA must be allowed to go forward. If an ineligible person is sworn in as President, we could easily have a consitutional crisis.

Absolutely agreed. We need this resolved before Americans pull the levers. On the face of it, he’s legal because he can produce a short form birth certificate. A long form however, will most likely raise questions that he doesn’t want asked, like “why was he born at home with no attending physician?”

Hospitals were not the only source of birth reports. I remember reading that individuals could also make reports of births. That would then include at-home births and even attempts to land over-seas births as in the state.
