Great idea. Didn't 0bama say college eduction was a "right" and would be under his Presidency? Well, by golly, if 0bama's gonna pay for it, why should the parents? And if 0bama can't/won't fulfill his campaign promise...what a great civics lesson! Either way, they get an education. :-)
