Tired of "Failed policies of last 8 years" Mantra

Am I the only one, but I am sick of hearing that McCain would bring four more years of Bush's failed policies. Actually, we have had six great years and the past two years (since Nancy and her gang) have been the difficult. Why is this premise never refuted?

Eight years of no more terror attacks, when the Islamo-fascists have had ever increasing motivation to do so. A resilient economy that shrugged off the most devastating terror attach on our soil in history. The blame for the economic woes of the last 2 years belongs squarely on the Dumpocratic Congress.

Because BDS has become the fashionable disease. Everyone wants to be buddies with the "in" crowd.

President Bush has more knives sticking out of his back with McCain's name on them than any other. 4 more years of Bush my Aunt Fanny!

You’re right, it has been only the last two years that things have sucked! This really needs to be repeated. And, any Bush “policies” that have actually failed are more than likely the ones that are socialist-like in nature! More spending towards education, etc.

“Why is this premise never refuted?”

Because the majority of Republicans are more comfortable on defense than on offense. We desperately need some new blood, and Sarah is a GREAT start.

Things were good till the dems gained control of Washington. Republicans have done a terrible job of taking advantage of this .

Also you have to wonder if the oil shortage has been rigged. I’ve been looking for graphs and charts to compare but have been to succesful as of yet. It seems that the foreclosure charts and the oil price charts mirror each other for example.

Please pray and work for McCain/ Palin.

Tell them:

"I'd much rather have 4 more years of Bush than 4 more years of Carter".

Barack Odinga voted for FISA and Bush’s energy bill, so that makes him part of the “problem”.

.....because it’s irrefutable in the eyes of the People, truth be damned.

McCain IS Bush and don’t you ever forget it.

Because it is not refutable. The last two years with Nancy in control of the House have been disastrous and it is not a coincidence.

This is our October surprise and I would not be shocked to find out that it was all a shell game designed to destroy the Republican party.

According to Luntz, if I am remembering it correctly, tying McCain to Bush isn’t working. In fact Obama gets some of his lowest readings when he does that.

People just don’t view McCain as Bush, so the McSame stuff is a waste of time.
