One of the radio talkshow hosts this morning said that he recognized that Biden toothy smile - it's a signal that he's angry. He also counted them: Biden did the fake smile thing at least 12 times last night, which signaled how seethingly angry he was with Palin.
That’s my interpretation as well. A smile to conceal his anger. The worst sort of politician ever.
