Hollywood has failed to Quayleify Palin

They must be wailing and gnashing their teeth tonight...

Tina Fey reminds me of Leni Riefenstahl, an artistic ally of a dangerous, extremist politician.

Sarah could have brought down the house with a “Pew! Pew! Pew!”.

Apparently tina fey has no need to ridicule Joe “7-11” Biden for his gaffes with the Indian community (Daylight Donuts?!) and his unbelievably bad gaffe, asking his “good friend” to stand up and greet the crowd...then learning that his “good friend” was wheelchair bound.

In a word - Biden. At one point, Joe was in tears. Maybe it was emotion about his family, in part. In another part, though, it was that he was whupped and knew it. - He was white in the face by the time it was over. Thank the Lord for helping Sarah, and for giving her the strength to prepare for this. Sarah wiped up the floor with Joe. Oh, the liberal pundits are in large part trying to rewrite history and tell us we can’t believe our lying eyes, but we know the truth when we see it. “Katie” Couric has that “I’ll never be invited to the White House again” look in her eyes. Donna Brazile was bleary-eyed and in denial with a “the party’s over” look in her eyes, along with several others.

Maybe so. But she's still got those colonoscopy tapes to fall back on.

Are those from some brain surgery she's had?

:)

She did a GREAT job. What pressure she was under. What grace under pressure she showed. ‘Say it ain’t so Joe’ lol! Now, NO MORE interviews with the ‘gotcha’ MSM!! Enough of those rat-heads.

I must admit that Gwen Ifill did a pretty good job tonight. She must have felt the heat and gotten a few kindly words of advice along the lines of ‘try not to be so partisan tonight’.

Tina Fey wouldn’t have time for tv if she had a real man servicing her.

Sarah Palin's strongest point is her expertise on energy, and I predicted that Ifill would studiously avoid that major topic. She did, until Palin brilliantly insisted on bringing it into the discourse. Ifill then couldn't avoid it totally but framed it in terms not of energy, but of Global warming.

This is an illustration of bias by omission-- but Palin defeated her by taking the issue in her teeth and running with it!

Oh I don’t know about that Kathleen Parker and the other “concerned conservatives” are pretty big loser too tonight.

Thats what I was thinking. Tina Fey is going to have to look for another job. The caricature of Palin as a moron is OVER.

She may not have saved McCain tonight, but she’s back as a strong contender for the pres nomination in the future, whether she becomes VP or not.

I thought Gwen Ifil was really good. She was gracious and respectful to both candidates. She really impressed me. She was much better then the men who moderate.
