Since term limits are deemed unconstitutional, how about we have a system that is constitutional. Congress does funding bills and authorizes their own pay. Let’s have a law that does not pay any congressperson after their 12th year in office, and that begins a 25% reduction in any pension for each additional year beyond 12 in which they serve.

LOL. Noone would serve beyond 12 years. I was being flippant about term limits, xzins. Maybe a better approach would be to require congressmen/women to have a mental evaluation to qualify for congress. That might "term limit" a few. :-)

Don’t really need term limits. We have an all volunteer military. Do something similar for politicians. Once they get elected they don’t get one dime, not one red cent. No pension.
See if anyone is really willing to “Serve” this country instead of “Service” this country.
See if there is anyone out there worth a damn who gives a damn, besides you all.
