How are they going to know for CERTAIN that an ad is a lie? Their opinion? Because Obama says so? My God, this can’t be Constitutional! And this is from a campaign that opening lied about what Rush said and then lied about McCain and Rush being on the same page with respect to immigration! These lying arses have the nerve to intimidate others for expressing political speech? Are there any lawyers here? This can’t possibly be legal?
That’s the scary thing isn’t it. Who decides what is truth? My sister who teaches English in China was scared when she saw this. She said the party there is never so brazen about intimidation. And here they were talking openly about it.
