Name came from his father who called himself Machine Gun Slade. But how could I afford to eat all that pizza? You "exposed" that pizza deal story as a completely lie. The pizza was never available at the price I claimed at Payless Foods at the Southwest corner of State Road 7 and Margate Blvd. in Margate, FL in the frozen food section back when Chris and Bryan were the managers.
