Obama made a stunning gaffe in his press conference this afternoon, responding to McCain suspending his campaign and the economic crisis. Obama said, "If they [Congress] need me, call me." Wow. There could be no further contrast in leadership between these two men. McCain rolls up his sleaves and says "let's get something done." And Obama says "call me if you need me." Stunning.
I wonder if they’ll call him.
Well, who needs Obama???
“Yeah, I’m busy working with ACORN and Howard Dean trying to steal an election, but let me know if you need me.”
And when they don’t call him, we’ll all see that he’s just not that important.
Unlike McCain BO puts his personal ambition way ahead of his duty to the country. What a POS. McCain needs to immediately blast out commercials that say just that.
Obama fumbles an easy pass yet again.
I don’t think his “Present” vote would make any difference.
He’s really blowing it with this. (and I love it)
I finally realised its because the only thing Obama knows how to do is campaign, he has no negotiating skills and would be shown up magnificantly by everyone else in the room, if he went to DC to negotiate.
Funny, yesterday I heard them saying (RATS) that they were waiting to see what McCain would do, if he would be for or against the bill-— now that he has suspended his campaign and is rolling up his sleeves to actually help, Harry Reid says we don’t need him. What a flip flop!
WAIT! Aren’t you Senator Obama, being paid to work in Washington DC because YOU represent the PEOPLE of ILLINOIS! Hello - I think this is a great follow-up to the 3 am ad! McCain people could jump on this ASAP
He's really saving the McCain campaign a lot on campaign advertisement cost.
He also was so arrogant.
So with a Trillon bucks on the line, The One and McCain are playing chicken. There is not enough popcorn in the world for this :)
Barry Hussein is a lazy, good for nothing, sorry excuse for a dog catcher.
Leadership or followership?
“If they [Congress] need me, call me.”
Obama votes present.
McCain has been working on this, maybe he has a really good plan that will work, that would be great if he turned out to be the one that fixed this ad the American people thought it was good....imagine Obama then...lol hope and pray!
Every time McCain can get Obama facing the public away from a teleprompter, it’s a victory.
