The Employers Sanctions Law is definitely working in Arizona to reduce the number of illegals. Even though, to date, nobody has been charged with violating that law.

Thomas in Maricopa County will start prosecuting under the new law since the 9th Circus has upheld it but it will be a messy affair as the first prosecution will be appealed right back up the line to the 9th Circus again.BTW I think the decline in IAs is more a function of the economy than the new law(s).AWB
