Here is video on three parts of Sen. John McCain and Cindy appearing on "The View" this morning, September 12, 2008. McCain went on solo first, and was joined by Cindy toward the end of the show.
As you will see, Whoopi Goldberg and Barbara Walters were disgraceful in the way they treated McCain. They attacked him for his ads on Obama, his choice of Gov. Sarah Palin, and in general were so biased and unfair it was pathetic. McCain was strong throughout, and refused to be knocked off message. He defended his ads, Gov. Palin, and made it clear he believes Roe vs. Wade was a bad decision. . . . . (see videos at link)

The scary part is that way too many housewives actually value the opinion of these harpies.
Why the McCains would want to go on this POS show is beyond me.
Body language:
Note that ALL the women have their legs crossed to point -at- McCain...except for Whoopi.
Watching how a woman crosses her legs in regards to whom she’s speaking is a big clue, regardless of what they actually say.
[pointing away from or pointing towards]
Going back to watch the rest now and see if the language shifts.
Please explain
I'm now going to say something I never thought I'd say...
Thanks Whoopi! Can't stand you or your ilk, but you sure made our case in regards to media bias today. Keep up the hateful rhetoric. You're creating Republican voters.
Just watched the video clips of Sen. McCain on The View. Two things jumped out: 1). Sen. McCain went into the Lion’s Den and handled himself beyond great. 2.) The audience was WAY more gracious than the hosts. A standing ovation for him when he came on stage and multiple rounds of applause (especially when he was answering Whoppie’s question about the separation of church and state, which we all know is NOT a part of the Constitution).
I guess Whoopie doesn’t understand that there was Constitutional Amendment that protects her from being a slave. Not quite the same thing as legislating from the bench. Poor Whoopie...not a bring girl.
susie
Despite Baba Wawa's lack of enthusiasm in her introduction of McCain, compare the "lack of hug" in comparison to the other greetings. He obviously was not thrilled to see her either. Smart man.
I guess he figures sometimes you have to go into the lion's den to grab a few lambs.
I personally do not have the stomach for it, but John seems to do just fine.
One other thing ... I know he couldn’t answer Whoppie’s question about whether or not he wanted her to be a slave again in a flippant way, but IF HE COULD ... he should have said, “Whoppie, I’ve actually been chained up and beaten. HAVE YOU?”
I thought for the most part, the interview looked very favorably for John McCain. These are the questions the liberals want asked and answered and John McCain did so in a very positive way. Even Joy, who I can not stand, got to ask her question and have it answered. Whether you like the ladies or not, they represent all that we do not like about the left, and John McCain handled himself perfectly.
Everyone should click on the link above and watch these 3 clips rather than just wince at the comments -you will be pleasantly surprised.
Obviously, Whoopie knows her man doesn’t stand a chance. She knows McCain is gonna be the next POTUS; otherwise, why did she keep fanning well after asking the slavery question?
I bet even that wouldn’t have shut her up.
But you’re right-it would have been a great comeback.
Body language is the subconscious “giving away” what someone is really feeling or thinking.
The women [even Whoopi!] were all leaning *into* McCain and crossing their legs toward him.
That signals that they were receptive to him and what he had to say rather than repelled.
Leaning away from someone, crossing your legs to point away from someone, crossing your arms in a defensive, non-receptive manner, as just a few examples, are all utterly unconscious *signals* that give away what you’re really thinking.
Point in case; 0 was being asked questions about his intentions and policies as POTUS in an interview and he would say “yes” but shake his head “no” and vice versa.
His words can lie but his subconscious mind can not.
I know this this hard way.
In May, a doctor talked me into shots for a hormonal issue and every time i asked him “Are you SURE there are no bad side-effects?!?” he would say “Yes! Absolutely” while shaking his head no.
Like an idiot, I listened to his words instead of his subconscious truth and am now forced to ride out 2 more months of bad side effects.
Body language never lies.
Even Whoopi started to be open presonally to McCain even though she will no doubt vote for the hollow man, in the end.
If you’ve ever sat for an hour without shifting your legs, you know that they were either incredibly uncomfortable *or* they were oblivious to the the discomfort in favor of being receptive to him.
He and his wife were very charming, very well spoken and seemingly a “hit” on that show.
The audience certainly loved them.
*All* the women visibly “softened” when they played the video of him being released and were subconsciously moved to feel “maternal” by it and his comments directly after....even if they’d die before they ever admitted it.
One thing I noticed is that all of the women were wearing black.
Pointed observation-of-the-day-award nominee.
She secretly wants him....:))
