Here is video of Sen. John and Cindy McCain and Barack Obama paying their respects to 9/11 victims and families at Ground Zero in New York City today, September 11, 2008. Mayor Mike Bloomberg accompanied them down into "the pit" where they placed roses in the reflecting pool, and greeted first responders and victims' family members. Michelle Obama did not attend. She was reportedly in Chicago. . . . . (see video at link)

Good to see that Mrs. B. H. Obama is showing her patriotism and her support of the U.S. — oh, wait — nevermind.
I wonder who the Obamas were paying Respect to. Were they facing East?
It is odd to not see ms. bho. A really stupid move by the campaign IMO and I have no problem saying that if Cindy McCain was not there also.
What was Michelle-Amorosa’s travel plans for today?
Michelle is probably conflicted about being ‘proud’ of her country. She probably agrees with their pastor Wright that 9/11 was ‘America’s chickens coming home to roost.’
Pretty good composition, but I doubt that it truly reflects the American sentiment regarding 9/11. To many, the events that took place 7 years ago are only a distant memory. It will take another disaster for America to realize that it is not out of the woods yet and perhaps never will be.
But why should I worry — we’re dealing with the ROP.
I was glad to see that Fox News replayed a lot of footage from the attacks this morning. Out of curiousity I then flipped over to CNN and learned that Britney Spears is making a comeback. And CNN can’t understand why they are losing viewers. Needless to say we went back to Fox.
Where was she? It is very odd.
Pick your battles carefully, people; pick them carefully.
Where was Michelle? I guess she must have been hangin’ out with Jeremiah Wright and his GD America buddies.
She was roostin’ with the other chickens.
