Very nice work. But there is more to it than that. Barack Obama has to two hurdles to leap.
One, I believe the citizens of this country will not elect a person with dual citizenship, perceiving him/her as having split allegience. That being said, neither the U.S.Senate or the State Department can make up rules as to what required qualifications are necessary to be eligible for the Presidency. To change the U.S.Constitution requires creating amendments to it. Really, it will be up to the Supreme Court to determine, per Article II of the U.S.Constitution, exactly what is meant by “natural born citizen”.
Secondly, there is the matter of his legal name. The suspicion is that little Barry was adopted by his stepfather when his mother, Stanley Ann, married Lolo Soetoro. Barry’s orginal BC was sealed and a new one issued in the name of Barry Soetoro. That is the name Barry used in Indonesian public schools (no foreign children were or are allowed into Indonesian public schools), Lolo Soetoro was listed as father, citizenship was listed as Indonesian, and religion listed as Islam (Muslim). It is plasusible that the reason no birth certificate is being openly vetted is because it is in his LEGAL name of Barry Soetoro, not his “also known as”, Barack Obama.
It is illegal to run for office using a name other than your legal name. There is no evidence that Barry ever changed his name to Barack Hussein Obama II, and the evidence would be very public, as a public declaration in a newspaper is required for finalization in Hawaii and other states.
Any ballots turned into election offices with other than a candidates legal name are destroyed. That is one of the aims of the Berg lawsuit: what is the Senator’s legal name, and is he running for the Presidency using an alias?
So the birth certificate having patriotic importance, is, in the long run, small potatoes compared to the “...who is he, really?” factor in this political contest.
Does this information make sense to you? Obama won’t bring out his BC because it isn’t in the same name he is using now.
