If I'm not mistaken, the job involves passing out cigarettes, Wild Irish Rose wine, and Colt 45 malt liquor to street people, aka homeless derelicts, who are willing to spend election day being bussed from polling place to polling place using faked ID to cast multiple votes for Democrat candidates. At least that's what community organizing seems to mean in Atlanta, it may mean something else in Chicago.
