But as Sean Hannity says; we dont question their patriotism. Whatever that means. It means that he has a clue about how to penetrate Liberal Mind Fog Disorder.
The trick is this: if Hannity were to openly state that certain individuals are not patriotic, liberals would immediately hear him as making a personal attack against him and ignore anything he had to say. On the other hand, if he makes clear that he is not going to claim them unpatriotic, and sticks to that, then liberals will be more willing to listen to what he says. To the extent that it's possible to have a conversation with a radio, it would go like this:
- Liberal Listener: Did I just hear QQ say XX? That didn't seem very patriotic.
- Hannity: I'm not questioning QQ's patriotism.
- LL: Wait a minute. He also said YY.
- Hannity: I'm not questioning QQ's patriotism.
- LL: But he also said ZZ. How can you not question this guy's patriotism!? The guy's a bleeping bleeper!
- Cue "Hannitized" sound effect
Classic Jedi Mind trick, but many who are not familiar with Liberal Mind Fog Disorder won't understand the need for it.
I understand (as far as normal, linear thought processes will allow me) what you call "Liberal Mind Fog Disorder". It is better known as "malicious stupidity" and it's a waste of time trying to cure it. Personally, I don't care to listen to somebody (Hannity) who attempts to cure it because that amounts to a waste of MY time.
God bless Sean, though, because he is truly a passionate conservative and his Freedom Concerts are a thing of genuine beauty and greatness.
