Anyway Camille Paglia is, by far, one of the most intelligent Democrat commentators I can think of

I also love Camille. Although I don't agree with her much of the time I think she is intellectually honest and I do agree with many of her observations. The differences between us have to do with her being a socialist. I tell my pinko friends to put down their Michael Moore books and start read Camille Paglia if they want to sit at the grown-up's table and debate politics.

I think Paglia is spot on. That is why liberals become rabid whenever Palin’s name is mentioned.

Thanks for posting this.

The left went crazy in the 1980’s and hated Reagan with spittle flecked venom.

And spittle flecked venom is what we are seeing today. Hahahahahaha! Didn't work then, won't work now.

If a woman can become president without their help, what are feminists here for?

But, but, but, what about Woodrow Wilson’s wife and her year and a half of regency?

I’ve always found Paglia interesting. In one of her books she noted that she found white collar intellectual men far more intimidated by powerful women than blue collar regular guys were (something I had experienced as well), and I think we are seeing this brought to life right now.

Some of us don’t see it as a threat, but as a turn-on.

My husband does, too. He admitted a long time ago that had I been just a little bit too accomodating or passive, he would have been bored after a short time!

When Camille Paglia says, "Palin is as tough as nails," we may take that as pot-to-kettle black-is-beautiful authentic praise.

I would take the opinion of Camille Paglia over that of the first two hundred entries in Who's Who of Liberal Phrenologists.

The naming of Palin has produced panic in the barnyard. All animals are equal but this just isn't fair.

From Bill Maher to James Carville they are mad with the drive of Lord of the Flies--but have brought sharpened sticks to an M-4 fight.

I have been following Paglia’s writing for years. I don’t usually agree with her but I respect her intellectual honesty. She doesn’t have a problem calling a spade a spade.

Thanks for the link. I was looking for Camile’s opinion on the matter the last few days. As many other conservatives do, I respect her opinion, even when I disagree with her. She brings an insight to the table that other liberals simply dont have, and cannot even comprehend.
