Fowler better be careful, he just might get what he’s wishing for. (I posted this on another thread). The Dems lost a large number of constituents (and votes) when many evacuees did not return to NO after Katrina. A number of the Gustav evacuees may just figure it’s not worth it to return-the “choclate city” may not be as dark after this hurricane season-and the balance of power may tip in the R’s favor.
