Here is video of CNBC's Maria Bartoromo today on Meet the Press talking with Tom Brokaw about Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin being chosen to serve as John McCain's Vice-Presidential running mate. Bartiromo recently interviewed Palin, and said she is a "savvy pick" because of her great knowledge on the Energy Issue. . . . (see video at link)

Not usual. Maria B is a free-market walking talking computer who’s knowledge of the stock market is hard to fake. She knows if another person isn’t knowledgeable of the issues at hand, and had graciously given Mrs. Palin her just due.
BTW, when you have a song/ode written about you by one of the Ramones (who turned Republican before he died), that’s saying something about the character of that person.

Wow, Lying Joe Biden was against domestic oil production 30 years ago. That must be some of the “experience” that the Dems are talking about.
Bartiromo had an hour long program with Palin that aired just the other day. I’m sure it will re-air in the future...it included the interview from the link.
The parts I saw were very good for Palin and demonstrated her strong knowledge on the energy situation/Anwar. I expect McCain to come around quickly on this issue....she knows the situation, both oil side and environmental.

Yes, she is. Unlike Kramer who wears his Dem politics on his sleeve, MB doesn’t care for that. She’s a businesswoman and would rather stick to reporting about the stock market than politics.
