How does one check to see if such a suit has actually been filed?
From experience, I can tell you that this is not the case - there are a lot of conditions.
A lawsuit is filed in a district court by a top state democrat against a democrat and we are supposed to ignore it?
Seeing as none of us are admitted to that District (right?), its likely we can't.
And remember when asked if she believed Obama was a Muslim, Hillary said: "Of course not. I take him on the basis of what he says. There isn't any reason to doubt that, as far as I know."
So a person has to be a lawyer to check it out?

Did Bill Hemmer’s show say Obama used an Indonesian passport when he went to Pakistan? I don’t remember hearing that. But that show didn’t mention any controversies relating to Obama.
I think it did.
Where does this stuff about Obama not producing his birth certificate even come from? Who has asked him for it? I’ve never seen this issue even mentioned anywhere but here and some other blogs. A google search doesn’t bring up anything but blogs. Has one person who has been named even asked for his birth certificate?
Where is the verification that Obama was adopted by his stepfather? Even the Fox News show on Obama didn’t say that. And what provisions of Indonesian law state that a foreigner adopted by an Indonesian loses his original citizenship automatically? And what provisions in US law say that the law in Indonesia would make one lose their status as a natural born US citizen?
Nobama is a constitutional attorney HE KNOWS he is not eligible!!
A notation on a school record does not affect anyone’s citizenship. What evidence is there that Obama’s was adopted by his stepfather? I’ve never heard of Soetoro called anything but “stepfather” which gives the appearance that there was no adoption.
