I’m thinking McCain should emulate Reagan’s approach to campaigning and never acknowledge Barry in any way. Talk solely about what he’s going to do. He shouldn’t dignify this kind of garbage.

McCain needs to maintain the initiative he gained at Saddlebrook, and never let Obama try to set the agenda. Just ignore 'im. Like he would treat a child having a temper tantrum.
