This can be a deciding factor in a close election, and it looks as if the election will be a very close horse race.
Most voters know that Joe Lieberman and Tom Ridge are pro-aborts, but they might not know about Florida's Gov. Charlie Crist. He is sneaky, calls himself pro-life, but is not.
Awhile back the Florida House approved a bill to give women the option to see an ultrasound before having an abortion.
I heard Laura Ingraham say that Gov. Charlie Crist did not support this in the past, but he might support it now, because he wants to be the VP running mate.
So how can we trust Gov. Crist?
“No, then it will be TOO LATE.”
Then by all means wring your hands right off your wrists.
It made me nervous when I heard the Rasmussen guy say on Hannity’s show that McCain would pick Charlie Crist or Mitt Romney. Of course, he doesn’t know for sure, but I’d say it shows who’s on McCain’s short list.
Sad that you’re not a fighter.
Mark Levin is a fighter, though. Anybody hear his radio show today?
If you didn’t, at least you can read this, but the show was even better:
“We need a candidate with a coherent and comprehensive view of the world, and that includes McCains vice presidential candidate. Why doesnt he care about what the conservatives want? If we dont PRESSURE (emphasis mine) him, he will do whatever and choose whomever he wants.”

Please see my post #10. Perhaps Senator McCain needs a FReeping. Together we can make a difference.
LOL!!! It’s tragic.
What inaction. I will write in Duncan Hunter’s name if McCain picks a pro-abort, and support PRO-LIFE, CONSERVATIVE congresspersons and senators.
I used to talk to K7UGA and never understood that. McCain isn’t changing. He has my full support. God Bless. :^)
OK, folks, I covered Charlie Crist, now let me introduce to you Tom Ridge, and how John McCain is strongly considering him:

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, told The Weekly Standard on Wednesday that former Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge should not be ruled out as the Republican vice presidential nominee because he favors legalized abortion.
Ridge, who served twelve years in the U.S. House of Representatives before being elected governor of Pennsylvania in 1994, also supported a nuclear freeze as a House member, opposed aid to the Nicaraguan contras and said President Reagans Strategic Defense Initiative left us with a serious defense problem.’

I have enough to die for....
I won’t vote for him either if he pulls that nonsense. He may think that will make him more palatable to independents, and it may well do so. But, he will have handed the election to Obama.
McCain better snap into compliance. He was so desirous of “his turn” and now he has it. He has but a few positions on issues that differ from Obama enough for make a difference.
He can ill afford to lose one of those positions. Electing Ridge, Crist or even Romney would do just that. McCain doesn’t strike me as particularly smart but he does have experience and is exponentially better than Obama. But then, Obama has rubbed elbows with racists, radicals and commies for nearly all of his life. He is a Marxist who would be dangerous for our country so that isn’t saying a great deal about McCain. I am resigned that whatever choice McCain makes for VP, is likely going to be a poor one.
About as good as praying that Mccain becomes a conservative.
So, in other words, you’ll be helping their people by your inaction.
Hunter already has endorsed McCain.
It could garner a fight but now it doesn’t. Stay home or vote. That’s it.
As our country becomes flooded with illegal immigrants and liberalism and socialism grows and grows, you will likely never vote again if you hold out for a Conservative.
A little of something, is better than nothing at all. I don’t see 4-8 years of socialism guaranteeing a Reagan to follow.
It's amazing they will just roll over and say Well he is the candidate DEAL with it, quit whining. You know what I DIDNT have a say in the primaries, mccain was decided before I voted! Why can't the primaries be held the SAME FREAKING DAY nation wide, I know, because rudy mcromney didn't want to compete against 8 candidates. sure the proles might have had a tough time deciding between 8 candidates and Mccain still might have won I wouldn't complain too much because I would've voted for Hunter.
well we may find out no matter how the election turns out. mccain will destroy the country just not as fast as obama. Mccain would have us in the pot and slightly turn the water up. Obama will flat out boil the water, I think that might move people to action, then again who knows.
“I wont vote for him either if he pulls that nonsense. He may think that will make him more palatable to independents,..”
I laugh when I hear a caller call Mark Levin’s show, and say they are an “independent.” So Mark says, “So you’re a liberal.” So true, imo.
