Yeah, hockey in 1980 was particularly nice when we beat the Soviets.

I used to watch the Soviet team for years before that and they were a pretty good professional team, the Czechoslavakian team appeared to be professional too.

I remember when the NHL All stars played the Soviet team, was fun stuff, exposed them for the pros they really were.

Oh my gosh, I remember sitting in the living room with my Dad (the retired Chief)when Team USA won the hockey gold
