I may have been that Freeper, don’t remember, but Alaskans do receive an annual check based on dividends earned the previous year on a HUGE fund set aside years ago by the oil industry. Don’t know why it wouldn’t work in California or Iraq..........

Thanks for the reply. I had heard the report on the dividend
payment to the residents in Alaska, and thought that was a
great idea for the state.

On the California issue, the illegals would benefit from
the payments, you know the Sanctuary City's would see to
that. That's why I say California is a lost cause.

Sadly the good have to suffer because of the illegal trash.
