Its absolutely true that they toss out well over 100 comments (I made mine on Friday night).

So I stood there and wrote another review. And I’ll back tomorrow...when they remove this one...and add another. I “hot-paged” the site and I’m actually improving my negative commenting each time I write one of these. Amazon lacks ethics...but then I didn’t really expect much from them anyway.

I read a few out loud at work yesterday and they were quite funny. Her book isn’t going anywhere regardless of her censorship. She is proving herself everyday as a lost speaker with losing power in the same.

Her old book has only 2 stars with 8 reviews.
Anyone know how her book signing in Philadelphia went? I think that's why she had to turn out the lights and leave D.C. so quickly the other day. She had all those people waiting to buy an autographed copy of her new book.
BTW - The Obama Nation is #5 [4 stars]. The Case Against Barak Obama is #12 [no ratings yet], and Fleeced (Dick Morris book) is #17 [3-1/2 stars].

that happened to me once!

i wrote a review of a computer book that was very poorly written; the author attempted 3x to explain a concept and failed 3x.

‘puter books are not cheap. mine was purchased for a college class.

so i wrote the above review.

turns out the book was written by a female and feminists demanded that my negative review be removed.

it was replaced with “gee, it’s so nice to have a book written by a woman in a computer world of males. i use it to teach my computer class.”

Pelosi is a failure and more, and she deserves the negative comments. But the commenter says “This is CENSORSHIP and I demand they be returned immediately.”

Or what? That's funny. Amazon isn't a public forum and they're free to delete their comments as they want.

I expect what's happened is many comments are going beyond reviews of the book and are about Pelosi and politics in general.

Amazon is in the business of selling, not in providing a free forum. Pointing the finger at them and crying “Censorship!” while at the same time demanding they keep certain posts is the ultimate irony.

You would think she would catch on. Hundreds of one star reviews, Republicans nearly rioting when she cut off their closing speaches to the press, openly stating she will not "allow" a vote on offshore drilling, etc. But then again she really is a nutjob.
