I hope he does call the Congress back to session to deal with the oil problem but I laugh every time when someone says that President Bush is a lame duck. He is no lame duck but the contrary is true. If he was then we would have lost Iraq by being forced the defeatist democrat Congress to leave Iraq long time ago in defeat. Instead President Bush with his strong leadership got what he wanted which is an amazing VICTORY in Iraq.

There is nothing called a lame duck President. It all depends on the President whether he wants to be a lame or not duck such a Bill Clinton who was lame duck for 8 years because he did absolutely nothing. A strong President such as President Bush is the most powerful man in the world until the last second when he leaves office.
